Four Star Guest House
Prices are per room per night b & b, based on two sharing. Family room prices are for the no. of people stated.



Room 1; 6ft double or twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. Side view of park. ~ £70.00 - £90.00

Room 2; Large double room with en-suite Victorian Bath. Views over garden and woods. ~ £85.00 - £100.00

Room 3; Small and pretty room with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room. Side view of park. ~ £75.00 - £80.00

Room 4; Family suite, 2 rooms behind one door with double and single beds and en-suite shower room. Views over garden and woods. Sleeps 4/7 ~ £110.00 - £170.00

Room 5; Large double room with en-suite shower room. Views over garden and woods - £85.00 - £100.00

As from this season we will be offering fully catered weekends for groups of six or more. Walkers, cyclists etc. i.e. Dinner, bed and breakfast.


CANCELLATION POLICY


1) We accept credit/debit cards to secure a reservation, the first nights booking is deducted as a non refundable deposit.
2) Should you have to cancel for any reason-as long as we can re-let the room - no additional charge will be made.
3) In the event of this not being possible two thirds of the total will be deducted from the card.

  • Access to the house via two steps with highlighted nosing and handrail.
  • The ground floor is level throughout.
  • There is one ground floor en suite bedroom with a step up shower and hand grip.
  • The dining area for breakfast is down a flight of stairs.
  • The guest lounge is on the ground floor and is used on occasions for breakfast.
  • Corridors have good colour contrast and well lit.
  • All rooms have cordless kettles, and remote control VCR TV’s.
  • Dogs welcome.
