Sleeps 6/7 ~ £150.00 - £170.00 As from this season we will be offering fully catered weekends for groups of six or more. Walkers, cyclists etc. i.e. Dinner, bed and breakfast.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) We accept credit/debit cards to secure a reservation, the first nights booking is deducted as a non refundable deposit.
2) Should you have to cancel for any reason-as long as we can re-let the room – no additional charge will be made.
3) In the event of this not being possible two thirds of the total will be deducted from the card. We would expect to see our guests between 2.00 and 6.00 pm unless other arrangements are made.
Check out time is normally before 11.00 am on the day of departure.

Access statement for the Disabled

Access to the house via two steps with highlighted nosing and handrail.

The ground floor is level throughout.

There is one ground floor en suite bedroom with a step up shower and hand grip.

The dining area for breakfast is down a flight of stairs.

The guest lounge is on the ground floor and is used on occasions for breakfast.

Corridors have good colour contrast and well lit.

All rooms have cordless kettles, and remote control VCR TV’s.

Dogs welcome.
