Glenview is a large Victorian house built at the end of the century and has been a guest house since the end of the war. All the bedrooms overlook our garden and Underhill Park which is bordered by woods.
The Garden	We have a private car park for guests and secure accommodation for bicycles and water sport gear. The rooms are extremely comfortable with central heating, television, tea and coffee making facilities.
The guest lounge is furnished with a baby grand piano and a selection of classical music records and CD's. A log fire burns in the winter months.	Room 2 bathroom
Breakfast Room	All the rooms have en suite bathrooms and there are ground floor rooms available. Well behaved children are welcome, likewise dogs (by arrangement) and we are close to the beaches and our lovely village. Public transport is convenient and car hire can be arranged.

The picture of the Lounge fire has a mural above which dates back to the 2nd world war when the American army was billeted, it shows Pluto and other disney characters and was discovered this year when we were decorating, its too good to cover up so we made it a feature of the room. Children welcome with well behaved parents We are totally non-smoking. We have a FULL FIRE CERTIFICATE

How to Find Us
Leave the M4 motorway at junction 42 and follow the dual carriageway to Swansea. Keeping the sea on your left follow the road signs for Mumbles. At the second mini-roundabout, by the White Rose pub, turn right and take the fourth road on the left. The house is 400 yards on your right.
